Changes
Sometimes timing can be such a bizarre thing.
First day back to a job that I love and I am being scoped out by a job that I applied for a while back on a whim. Sometimes reasons and situations just change.
Timing timing timing timing timing. It's just so weird.
Peace

That was a socalled worthwhile whim, or not?

That's when having a crystal ball would come in handy! I've had a few opportunities to go after other jobs, most have more risks then benefits. Being able to see into the future as to what would happen would be helpful! Since that is impossible....go with your gut!

I agree with LMC. I've had a desire for that crystal ball a time or two.
But... hey.... potentially being able to choose between two jobs is a kinda nice problem to have. :)

As Jerry Springer would say, "Good luck on your decisions." ;)
Ironically, strictly out of the blue, I got a phone call offering me another job on Monday. But no. Maybe if I was younger.

What a way to start back to work. Good luck with your decision. I will be in your shoes next year as new schools open with new positions and my position being eliminated. I am not looking forward to it cause I want to make the right choice, kinda hard when I triple love what I do now and the people I work with. It makes my stomach hurt when I think about it.

I know that the Force will help you make the right decision. LOL. Seriously, though, I know you will weigh all the consequences and ramifications and make the best choice for you and your family.

Good luck with that. It cannot be easy, having to decide which way to go.
